An interesting read that is an excellent introduction to metaphysics. The writer presented the concepts in the book in a way that is easy for the reader to understand. Outside of good meditation practice nothing is delved in too deeply here. It discusses ontology, theocracy and more specific things like Simulation Theory. Each and everyone of these ideas can take up entire books but here it's all easy to digest so the reader is aware these ideas so they can pursue them more thoroughly in the future.

As someone who has been a voracious and curious reader for more than 7 decades, my interests have ranged from the hardcore scientific to the often strange esoteric. This is why when I saw this 106-page softcover book (Space, time and consciousness: Exploring the boundless intertwining space, time and the essence of consciousness by Omar Lopez, Ph. D.) while browsing on Amazon I decided to purchase it.

This small concise volume was a pure joy to read even though I was quite familiar with the material, which I had read in numerous books in the past; nevertheless, this small book is an excellent introduction to the mysteries of space, time, and consciousness.

This book is organized into thirteen short chapters covering a wide range of fascinating topics such as “Introduction to Biocentrism, the foundations of consciousness, the illusion of space and time, consciousness and Quantum Mechanics, the multi universe and consciousness,” and many other interesting chapters.

If you are seeking a small, thought-provoking introductory book on space, time and consciousness this is a book you may want to check out. I found it to be informative and entertaining.
